1. Membership
- Membership is available to parents or legal guardians of children receiving services at Kurly Kidz Hair Salon.
- A separate membership may be required for each child unless otherwise stated by Kurly Kidz Hair Salon.
- Membership becomes active once the registration process has been completed and the applicable membership fee has been paid.
2. Membership Benefits
VIP Club members may enjoy benefits that include:
- - Monthly hair appointments according to the selected membership package.
- - Exclusive discounts on selected hairstyles and salon services.
- - Priority appointment bookings.
- - Early notification and access to promotions and special offers.
- - Time Based Birthday treatment rewards or surprise gifts for Kids (where applicable).
- - Access to exclusive VIP events, promotions, or competitions.
- Benefits may vary depending on the selected membership package.
3. Booking Appointments
- All appointments are subject to availability.
- VIP Members are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred date and time.
- Priority booking does not guarantee immediate availability during peak periods.
4. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
- Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited and cannot be carried over unless approved by management.
- Repeated missed appointments may result in the suspension of certain membership benefits.
5. Monthly Hair Appointments
- Monthly hair appointments included in the membership must be used within the applicable calendar month.
- Unused appointments do not roll over to the following month.
- Monthly appointments cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
6. Membership Fees
- Membership fees must be paid according to the selected package.
- Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
7. Discounts and Promotions

8. Membership Transfers

- - Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising their children where required.
- - Children should treat salon equipment and furnishings with care.
- - Kurly Kidz Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service where behaviour compromises the safety or comfort of other guests or staff.

12. Termination
